Why choose the bump to baby photography?
The bump to baby bundle gives you the opportunity to capture your pregnancy in all of its stages, the beautiful baby bump before you give birth, and then your little bundle of love when they arrive. This bundle is a cost-effective way to capture both your pregnancy and newborn stages, locking both sessions in at the same time, and allows you to experience the studio before giving birth. Hence, you get a feel for the space and a good way for you to prepare for your newborn session, as both will be two different amazing experiences.
Why are the bump to baby sessions two different times?
The sessions are at two different times, as you will not need as much time for your maternity session as you will for your newborn session. We leave an hour for newborn sessions so that you’re not rushed, this session too is flexible, newborn sessions often go over 60 minutes as your baby may need to feed, time to settle or just need a break, we make sure you get the whale 60 minutes of photography regardless of how long it takes and we work with you and your family throughout the experience to make it as easy for you as possible.
Can I purchase more bump to baby photographs on the day?
Yes, in your confirmation email, you will receive a copy of our brochure, which shows our current collections. You are more than welcome to add to your order on the day of your session once you have seen your images.
What do I bring to the bump to baby sessions?
You are welcome to bring a couple of outfit choices if you are unsure of what to wear for both your maternity and newborn sessions. Our photographers will help you know what they believe would photograph best. There is also the option to change outfits during your session, if you would like the variety of having different outfits. We have a small collection of maternity outfits and a gorgeous blanket collection for newborn sessions.
Can I reschedule my session if needed?
Yes, of course, we are very flexible with our bookings as we know that your baby can arrive earlier or later than expected.
Can siblings come to these sessions?
Yes, of course, every family member is welcome!
