HOW OUR PRICING WORKS
If you wish to book a session for your family, we ask for a minimum spend on products. This simply means you are free to select products you love up to the minimum spend requirement for either a weekday or Saturday appointment.
$300 TUESDAY – FRIDAY
$600 FOR SATURDAY
All portrait sessions include up to 1 hour with one of our talented in-house photographers, a complimentary portrait viewing and a design consultation of up to 90 minutes.
Our products start from $115 and we offer a variety of framing options, collages, printing and high-resolution digital images. Each image includes retouched & photo enhancing at the creative discretion of Marie Ramos Photography.

BOOKING DEPOSIT
A non refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure a booking. This amount will be credited back to you once an order has been confirmed. Please note that re-booking fees may apply.

CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS
FRAMED COLLAGES
Create a unique collage using multiple prints in a custom frame. We have a wide range of layouts to suit your home and individual style.
PHOTO RETOUCHING & EDITING
Customers may request extensive retouching or photo editing outside our standard processes. This service is an additional cost and quoted accordingly. Quote approval is required before production commences.
BOOKING TERMS
Prior to your appointment, please be aware of the following terms and conditions:
- Bookings postponed within 48 hours notice will incur a $50 re-booking fee, deducted from your deposit (72 hours for Tuesday appointments). This fee is non-negotiable as our photographer’s time is confirmed 48-72 hours prior to all photo sessions.
- Portrait viewings are complimentary for up to 90 minutes, inclusive of imprinting time if applicable. Any additional time required to finalise your order is charged at $35/hour.
- A friendly reminder that customers are not permitted to include their own photographs in our baby imprint designs. Images by Marie Ramos Photography are only permitted to ensure the quality of our products is of the highest standard
- A minimum 75% deposit of your total order is required on the day of your portrait viewing appointment in order to get your order into production
